The Tailor's Diagnosis

Fred's doctor recommended a bilateral orchiectomy to cure his severe headaches, stating they had no other options. Fred agreed, and his headaches stopped. Later, while getting a suit, the tailor made several accurate assumptions about Fred's measurements.

The tailor asked, 'Your shirt should be about a 16 neck by 33 sleeve, right?' 'Right again!' says Fred. 'And you wear size 38 underwear, right?' 'Wrong!' says Fred, 'I've worn size 34 for years.' The tailor replied, 'Really? Just like I told you, you take size 38 undershorts. Size 34 will give you just awful headaches.'
