Truck Driver, Priest, and Lawyer

A truck driver gives a priest a ride. While driving, the truck driver sees a lawyer and thinks, "Hot! A lawyer I could run over!" He speeds up, heading straight for the lawyer.

At the last second, he remembers the priest. He swerves to miss the lawyer but still hears a thump. He looks back, but the lawyer is gone.

He says to the priest, "Wow, that was a close one; I almost hit that lawyer!"

The priest replies, "That's okay, son; I got him with my door."
