Real Estate Agent's Mistake

A real estate agent was with a trainee when she saw a charming little farmhouse with a "For Sale" sign.

After introducing herself to the startled owner, the agent went from room to room, pointing out where improvements would help. Pleased with her assertiveness, she hoped the owner would offer her the listing. "Ma'am," the man said, "I think you read my sign wrong. It says, 'HORSE for sale.'"
