Charging the Phone

Andrea said she used to live with Judi. Once Judi bought a cordless phone and had to get it charged for the initial use. She plugged in the phone at 1:00 PM, turned to Andrea and said, "It has to charge for 24 hours. What time will that be when it's done?"
