Hi Five Scuba Dive

Does anybody have a source for....

Hi five.... scuba dive! It's a stupid joke that I've heard off something or other and I've never remembered the source of it. The joke itself is very immature but anyways, you go for a high five and when the other comes to meet you, you dive under their hand, making them look foolish. And it also makes you look foolishly awesome.... Any idea where this comes from? I'm thinking scrubs... but I've no idea.
