Mother-in-Law and Electricity

Piffle said he'd visited his ex-mother-in-law once and noticed she had scotch tape over the unused electrical sockets in the house. When asked why, Mom replied, "My electric bills have been too high and the tape is to keep the electricity from leaking out. This way the bills will be lower."
