Star Trek and the Navy

Ray here: I felt compelled to watch Star Trek this afternoon. Call it a sign. I'd been in the car, right about to get home, and the radio played a commercial featuring Patrick Stewart selling some ridiculous thing. William Shatner came on right after hawking Priceline. I got out of the car, flipped on the TV, and there was a US Navy recruiting commercial featuring -- yep, the USS Enterprise. Beam me up, Scotty -- there's no intelligent life on this planet . . .
