Tech Support Horror Story

Last week I ran a bunch of "tech support" horror stories. It was curious to note that I only received about 6 letters from folks who said, "Uhhh, I didn't understand all of that technical stuff this week. Why was this considered funny?" Want to take a guess which domain EACH of those letters came from? Richard wrote in and told me that this was an actual service request they received: COMPUTER SMELL LIKE SMOKE. WILL SHUT IT SELF OFF AND REBOOT FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS. NOW ALL IT WILL DO IS REBOOT GO OFF REBOOT GO OFF
