Judi's Weather Question

Alissa told me that Judi also works in the Renaissance Building in Detroit, Michigan, at the very top in the rotating restaurant. (I've been there several times). For those of you who've not been to Detroit, Windsor, Ontario is right across the river. You can see Windsor from Detroit quite easily. Alissa's friend had mentioned to Judi that he was from Windsor. Judi looks outside the restaurant window at the rainy, dreary day, and asked, "Is the weather this bad there?"
